We redesigned an existing store from 2014, addressing key challenges in the original layout — including a dark façade and a bottleneck that disrupted traffic flow. The new design introduced clear zoning and visual merchandising per category, creating a more intuitive customer journey.

The service area, designed in collaboration with (Amsterdam based) Studio Modijefsky, integrates multiple functions in one space: point of sale, a coffee bar, ship-from-store packaging and a dedicated pick-up tower. Over 80% of the existing furniture was reused and adapted for its new purpose, making the project both sustainable and cost-efficient.
